We believe your time is precious and focus more on running business. That’s why we want to keep meetings minimum and maximum productivity for your design request. If it requires a meeting where the design brief is unclear we can meet up.

Our pricing is fixed, which is again great for you as you know upfront what your project is going to cost. We also require full payment upfront.

Yes, you can customize your website design. In the “Get Inspired” phase, you can choose your website design style, fonts, colors, and images from our selection of 150 responsive and fully customizable designs that are included in the Landing Page package.

Business and Premium website packages

In this package, designs start as a blank canvas, with no templates, just quality custom web design. We will send you an inspirational idea list and mood board just to figure out how you would like your new page to look. You will also get a Premium WordPress licensed theme with a Lifetime license.

Not to mention, we also know that most customers are glued to their mobile devices all day, so we will see to it that your website will look great regardless of the device it is accessed from. During the “Materials” phase, you can tell us about your project and describe your needs. You’ll also need to prepare and send us materials, including text and images, to be used on your website.

In your client pack you’ll find a questionnaire that you’ll need to complete. We use the answers you provide in this to create your website content. So don’t worry if you’re not good with words, we can take bullet points and transform them into sales-driven, SEO-focused copy.

We will need your design brief, how many pages you want to design, if you have a feature list to work on, and wireframes that you have already built or if your project manager has a list of design requests. We will also need original brand assets and any other stock images that you have used in the past for your brand.

During this process, we are using the Confluence Collaboration Tool and Trello, a remote-friendly team workspace, where we can organize pages, attachments, images, videos, and others. Every user from your team will get exclusive access to this software.

Yes, you can request changes to your website design during the design and build phases. We want to ensure that your website meets your expectations and requirements.
